Nomifactory (ファクトリーのみ) is a beginner-friendly expert modpack for Minecraft 1.12.2 with GregTech: Community Edition as its core. Featuring an encyclopedic Quest Book and customized progression, players with GregTech expertise ranging from none to expert alike can experience the fun of progressing from punching trees to collapsing universes and crafting creative items in survival, solving many interesting automation challenges along the way!
Nomifactory strives to make GregTech more forgiving and no longer grindy, skipping the steam age entirely and fast-tracking you to powerful automation systems like Applied Energistics. You can complete the pack in peaceful mode, and we balance all recipes around game mechanics to eliminating the need for things like tick acceleration. Resources are acquired through automation rather than exploration.
We have RF / GTEU power conversion for alternative energy generation and storage, lossless GTEU cables for every tier, and have integrated aspects of familiar tech mods like Thermal Expansion and EnderIO without having lots of redundant machines.
